The Venture Capital Initiative is designed to spur the advancement of SMEs by unlocking opportunities related to equity investment. It works to support and incentivize the capitalization of investment funds via a multitude of actors from angel investors to investment houses. Additionally, Monsha’at established the Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC) in 2018 with a mandate to deepen the venture capital ecosystem in the Kingdom by investing in funds focussed on SME scale-up.
The program aims to introduce entrepreneurs and SMEs to funding solutions offered by Monsha’at and its partners, and is geared toward facilitating an information and knowledge infrastructure that promotes informed financial decision making.
Periodic reports specialized in retail activities, divided into the three sectors listed under retail according to (ISIC4) classification, which includes the wholesale and retail trade, repair of vehicles and motorcycles, the accommodation and food sector, and the other activities sector.
Monsha'at's Entrepreneurial Funds advisory program operates via an interactive model that introduces tools that support entrepreneurs and facilitates growth. In addition, it provides professional guidance, allowing entrepreneurs to follow global best-practices as they scale.

The Startup Hub provides a variety of support programs designed to foster an attractive and sustainable investment environment that enables startups to flourish. This includes training, guidance, and finance and investment solutions, as well as incubation programs and business accelerators. In addition to this, the hub provides co-working spaces, logistical services, and administrative, marketing, legal and financial consultations. The hub also organizes regular meetings with stakeholders from major companies, universities, and investors.

It is designed to facilitate the expansion of their activities across promising areas of business, and to enable firms to provide increased services in the face of rising demand.
