Canceling a previously-issued certificate requires the enterprise to submit a request, and subsequently contact Monsha'at by calling our helpline on: 8003018888, or by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com. A new certificate can then be issued, once the procedures of an initial application for a business size certificate have been completed in the name of the new enterprise.
