Mazaya is a set of diverse services designed to support and empower micro, small, and medium enterprises, contributing to their growth and success, improving the quality of services provided to them, and enhancing their competitiveness. This is accomplished through contracting with the private sector to provide various services at suitable and competitive prices, partially or fully supported, via the "Mazaya Electronic Platform."

How to be a service provider on the Mazaya Platform?

- Complete the registration process as a service provider
- Upload your services onto the Mazaya Platform
- Monitor and track the applications that have been submitted
- Access the Mazaya Platform to obtain contact details of the applicants for your services

FAQs

You can obtain a maximum of 10 unclosed applications. (Unclosed means updated by the service provider or the beneficiary enterprise). You cannot apply for any new service if there are any previously unevaluated applications

No, Mazaya services are only available for registered enterprises

After submitting new applications on the platform, the service provider will provide a response within 10 working days, indicating whether the application has been accepted or rejected

If your application is accepted, you will receive an email containing the contact information of the service provider, allowing you to directly contact them

Applications are revised and published within 15 working days. You may receive a call or an email to edit some details

Once the application is approved, you will receive an email with all the necessary contact information to initiate the service provision directly. It is important to note that adherence to the specified time limit is a crucial factor for service providers on the Mazaya Platform. Meeting the beneficiary enterprise's expectations regarding response time and service quality is essential for maintaining continuity and success
